Everyone should know and understand their rights according to the US Constitution and also their State Constitution. If you do not assert your rights you will lose them. This does not mean that you should be a smart-ass or be disrespectful to law enforcement. If you do act in this way you will probably get what you deserve. It seems that most people do not know their rights and they do not know State Laws and City Ordinances. I created this website to try to help with that.
