9.27 MISUSE OF E911 SYSTEM PROHIBITED (Cr. Ord. #2061 – 2/24/92)
(1)
As used in this section "emergency" means a situation in which property or human life are in
jeopardy and the prompt summoning of aid is essential.
(2) Whoever intentionally uses or causes to be used the E911 Emergency Telephone
System, knowing that no emergency exists, is subject to a forfeiture of not more than $200.
