9.26 TRUANCY PROHIBITED (Cr. Ord. #1970 – 10/2/89; Am. Ord. #2320 -
9/14/98).
No person under 18 years of age shall be a truant or a habitual truant as defined
in §118.163, Wis. Stats. If a person is found to have violated this section, all of the
dispositions set forth in that statute are available to the court.
