9.18 NOISE (Rep. & Recr. Ord. #1815 – 8/4/86; Am. Ord. #1934 – 1/9/89).

CREATING EXCESSIVE NOISE PROHIBITED. No person shall create excessive noise.
(2) OWNER PERMITTING EXCESSIVE NOISE PROHIBITED. The owner,
tenant or other person in charge of a premises shall not permit excessive noise to emanate
from the premises.
(3) DEFINITION. Excessive noise means such noise as disturbs the peace and quiet
of another person and includes, but not by way of limitation, loud playing of phonographs,
radios, television sets, music machines or musical instruments.
