9.11 RADIO OR TELEVISION INTERFERENCE PROHIBITED. No person shall
operate any machine or equipment which causes interference with radio or television
reception when such interference can be prevented by repairs, adjustments, the installation
of corrective appliances or other practicable alterations at a reasonable expense.
